❗ Products must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging (including any accessories or manuals).

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, physical damage, or installation errors.

  • Cables that are used or show signs of wear and tear.

  • Items requested for return after 7 days of delivery.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • In case of COD orders, we will initiate a refund to your preferred UPI/bank account.

4. Exchange Policy

If the item is defective or damaged, we will:

  • Offer a free replacement of the same item.

  • Or, if the product is unavailable, we may offer a full refund or an alternative item with your consent.

6. Shipping for Returns

  • In case of defective or incorrect product, return shipping is free.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind), you will bear the return shipping costs.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • To cancel an order, contact us immediately with your order details.
